        In  IGNOU  it is very important to submit assignment if you want to appear in the upcoming exam. Due to COVID-19 nowadays you can submit your assignments online as well as offline. But do remember i f you have already submitted your assignments at the Study Centre or Regional Centre please do not submit in the Google format again.                      A few weeks ago Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) declared to submit the assignment through E-mail in view of complete lockdown to combat the COVID-19 pandemic. But yesterday (14/04/2020) there was another new notice  about the submission of assignment from Kolkata Regional Centre, in the notice they said clearly not to submit the assignment through e-mail as the capacity of the assignment email has exhausted. Therefore they create a Google Form to submit the assignment. But, if you have already submitted the scanned copy of the assignment by e-mail or hard copy at your Study Centre the there is no necessary to submit the assignment again.  Guidelines for the submission of hand written assignment:-  1.
