                     A few weeks ago Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) declared to submit the assignment through E-mail in view of complete lockdown to combat the COVID-19 pandemic. But yesterday (14/04/2020) there was another new notice  about the submission of assignment from Kolkata Regional Centre, in the notice they said clearly not to submit the assignment through e-mail as the capacity of the assignment email has exhausted.
