ভারতের রাষ্ট্রপতি - পদে নির্বাচিত হওয়ার যোগ্যতা (Qualifications required to be elected for the post of Indian President)   ভারতের রাষ্ট্রপতি - পদে নির্বাচিত হওয়ার জন্য ভারতীয় সংবিধানে কতকগুলি শর্তের উল্লেখ আছে , যার অধিকারী না হলে রাষ্ট্রপতি পদপ্রার্থী হওয়া যায় না । রাষ্ট্রপতির জন্য যোগ্যতাগুলি সংবিধানের ৫৮ - নং ধারা অনুসারে পরিচালিত হয় । এই যোগ্যতাগুলি নিম্নে উল্লেখ করা হলঃ - প্রথমত, তাঁকে অবশ্যই ভারতীয় নাগরিক হতে হবে।  দ্বিতীয়ত, তাঁর বয়স কমপক্ষে ৩৫ হওয়া চাই। তৃতীয়ত, লোকসভার সদস্য হওয়ার যোগ্যতা থাকা চাই। চতুর্থত, কেন্দ্রীয় সরকার, রাজ্য সরকার বা স্থানীয় সরকারের অধীন কোনো লাভজনক পদে তিনি অধিষ্ঠিত থাকতে পারবেন না। সংবিধানের ৫৯ - নং অনুচ্ছেদে রাষ্ট্রপতির চাকরির শর্তাদির কথা বলা হয়েছে। যেদিন থেকে তিনি রাষ্ট্রপতি - পদে যোগদান করবেন সেদিন থেকে যদি তিনি লোকসভার বা রাজ্য আইনসভার সদস্য হন, তাঁকে তা ছাড়তে হবে। পঞ্চমত, ১৯৯৭ সালের রাষ্ট্রপতি ও উপরাষ্ট্রপতির নির্বাচন সম্পর্কিত একটি সংশোধনী অনুসারে রাষ্ট্রপতির মনোনয়ন পত্রকে...
